Bay High art teacher Cherie Bauer and Bay High student Olivia Doland were honored with first-place recognition at the annual, juried State of the Arts exhibit the Ohio University School of Art + Design. The exhibit celebrates students and teachers together to recognize the importance of art education in Ohio's high schools.
